By accessing or using the NFTZave website, applications, and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of this Policy, please stop using our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the NFTZave Platform, including visitors, registered Users, creators, collectors, and participants in community governance.

We comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and maintain a consistent, secure, and compliant data-processing framework worldwide.

 

To provide efficient and secure services, the Platform may collect the following types of information:

Information provided by Users: Email addresses, usernames, digital wallet addresses, and other information voluntarily provided during account registration or use;

Blockchain interaction data: Wallet transaction records, NFT minting and transfer history, and participation in DAO governance;

Platform activity data: Access records, click paths, collection preferences, curation activity, search terms, and similar activity;

Device and technical information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, access time, and location;

Cookies and tracking technologies: We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to record information for user-experience improvement and activity analysis.

We collect only data necessary to provide our services and do not track Users’ activity outside the Platform without authorization.

 

NFTZave uses collected User information only for the following lawful, reasonable, and necessary purposes:

Providing core services: Account management, NFT minting, transaction execution, on-chain display, wallet linking, and related operations;

Platform security and risk control: Identifying abnormal activity, high-risk Users, network attacks, fraud, and money-laundering activities;

Compliance and regulatory cooperation: Meeting local regulatory requirements, identity verification (KYC), anti-money-laundering reviews (AML), and other compliance obligations;

Service optimization and personalization: Analyzing User activity and improving the interface, recommendation systems, collection categories, and display logic;

Technical support and communications: Processing User requests and sending system notices, surveys, feature updates, and related messages;

Internal operational statistics: Data analysis, User-growth evaluation, platform-performance testing, and operational decision-making.

The Platform will not use User information for purposes beyond those described above unless it obtains the User’s prior consent.

 

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, NFTZave follows the principle of minimization when sharing, transferring, or disclosing personal information. Such activities occur only in the following necessary circumstances:

Sharing with technology and service providers: We may share necessary data with trusted third-party providers, such as data-storage providers, blockchain-node operators, and identity-verification platforms. These providers must comply with confidentiality and data-security requirements;

Disclosure required by law: We may disclose User information to relevant authorities when required by regulators, court orders, or other legal obligations;

Merger, acquisition, or asset restructuring: If the Platform is involved in a business merger or asset transaction, User information may be transferred as part of the assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections;

User-authorized sharing: We may share specific information when the User expressly authorizes its use for partner-platform displays, joint activities, content promotion, or similar purposes.

We never sell User information and will not use it for third-party advertising or marketing without User authorization.

 

To improve User experience and Platform performance, NFTZave uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store certain information. Cookies are small data files written to a device when a User browses the Platform and may record preferences, login status, and interaction activity.

We use cookies primarily to:

Maintain login status and avoid repeated authentication;

Analyze User activity and improve response speed and interface experience;

Support language, currency, and personalized recommendation settings;

Track browsing paths to evaluate content effectiveness and feature usage.

Users may restrict or delete cookies through browser settings, but some Platform features may not function properly as a result. We do not use cookies to obtain personal identity information or for third-party advertising purposes.

 

Information collected by NFTZave is stored on protected servers with layered encryption and access controls to preserve confidentiality and integrity during transmission and storage.

Our data-protection measures include:

Using HTTPS encryption to secure communications between Users and the Platform;

Encrypting all sensitive data at rest to reduce the risk of plaintext disclosure;

Using access-control mechanisms so that only authorized and reviewed personnel can access specific data;

Conducting regular system audits, vulnerability testing, and third-party security assessments;

Maintaining real-time monitoring and automatic blocking for abnormal access.

Although we implement commercially reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet. Users must properly safeguard their wallet private keys, seed phrases, and account information and are responsible for disclosure or asset loss caused by their own actions.

 

NFTZave retains User information for a reasonable period based on service needs, legal requirements, and business compliance. We store data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Our retention practices include:

Platform account information may be retained for up to 90 days after account closure for historical-operation checks, compliance audits, and risk control;

Blockchain interaction data is permanently public due to the nature of on-chain records, and the Platform cannot delete or modify those records;

Transaction records, wallet addresses, and activity data may be retained for longer periods, such as five years, when required for anti-money-laundering or tax audits;

If a User is involved in a Platform security incident, fraud, or legal dispute, relevant information may be retained until the matter is resolved.

Users may request account closure or data deletion at any time. After verifying identity, we will make reasonable efforts to delete relevant data that is not required for compliance.

 

Under applicable data-protection laws, NFTZave respects and protects Users’ statutory rights regarding their personal information. Users may have the following rights:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;

Right to rectification: Request correction if your data is inaccurate or incomplete;

Right to erasure: Request deletion of your information where legally permitted, excluding immutable on-chain data;

Right to restrict processing: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;

Right to data portability: Request export of certain information you provided to the Platform;

Right to object: Object to certain uses of your information where you have lawful grounds;

Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time for data collected on the basis of your authorization.

Users may submit these requests through the official email address or online tools provided by the Platform. We will verify and respond within a reasonable period as required by law, although technical or legal limitations may prevent us from fully satisfying some requests.

 

NFTZave’s services are intended for adults with full legal capacity. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, or below the legal age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction.

If we discover that a User has registered, traded, or uploaded information without valid consent from a legal guardian, the Platform may immediately:

Suspend or terminate the account’s service access;

Delete non-on-chain data associated with the account where technically possible;

Request that a guardian contact the Platform to assist with the matter.

We encourage guardians to guide minors in using the Internet safely. If you believe that we have unintentionally collected information from a minor, please contact us through an official channel and we will process the information in accordance with applicable law.

 

NFTZave may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time due to legal changes, technical updates, or Platform business adjustments. All changes will be announced on the Platform’s official website or applications with the update date indicated.

Material changes may include:

Changes to the scope or purposes of User-information collection;
